The observation deck is located in Khimki in the Toltoy Park of Culture and Recreation. There is a museum complex nearby. From here you can enjoy a view of the Khimki River, where you can see passing pleasure boats, motor ships and a view of the Khimki Bridge. The playground is illuminated, there are benches.

Смотровая площадка находится в Химках в парке культуры и отдыха имени Л.Н. Толтого. Рядом находится музейный комплекс. Отсюда открывается вид на реку Химки, где можно увидеть проплывающие прогулочные катера, теплоходы и вид на Химкинский мост. Площадка освещена, имеются лавочки.
