El Dorado Hotel and Restaurant

The hotel and restaurant are a two-storey building with large panoramic windows. During the construction, the house underwent some changes from the original construction plan. The building is surrounded by an Art Nouveau fence decorated with flowers and various patterns. The facade of the building has a light beige color and has been preserved very well. The central structure has a domed roof shape, which gives the impression that there is a greenhouse inside the building. Since its opening, the building has been used as a hotel and restaurant. But with the advent of Soviet power, the restaurant was closed, thanks to Lenin's merit, the house was preserved and it became a historical place.
