Church of the Holy Equal - to - the - Apostles Constantine and Elena in Mitino

The wooden church was built and consecrated in 2004. The construction of the stone church began in 2012, and on August 5, 2013, Archbishop Marko of Yegoryevsky solemnly consecrated the foundation stone. This is a magnificent architectural temple complex, designed by the famous Moscow architect Academician A. Obolensky. The church was to consist of a stone church, a wooden chapel in the Old Russian style, a parishioner's house and a service building. Lecture halls, a Sunday school, a children's creative workshop on icon painting, sewing and modeling, and a kindergarten with extended day groups were also planned.
