Church of St. Filaret, Metropolitan of Moscow
Detailed description
The construction of the temple began in the summer of 1994, the work was carried out in the early spring and was completed in the winter. On January 15, 1995, the new church was solemnly illuminated. The building was a wooden structure, made of a light log house. The original temple did not last long, as a fire broke out on July 16, 1999, after which restoration was impossible, and the interior was almost completely destroyed. Later, a new wooden church was built with minor alterations. Given the previous experience, the temple was made more spacious. On April 30, 2000, divine services were resumed in the restored church.
