Detailed description
The architectural structure was built in the early 19th century, in the Eclectic style. In 1829, the superstructure of the floor was completed according to the design of architect Nellinger A.D., and in 1900 it was rebuilt, expanded to five floors, under the supervision of architect Alexander Vasilyevich Kashchenko. The facade was decorated in the style of "Late Eclecticism" with the addition of "Baroque" decor. The landlord was Prince Sergei Alexandrovich the Great.
