Bell tower of the Kazan Golovinsky Monastery
Detailed description
The bell tower is located within walking distance from Kronshtadsky Square on the territory of the former Golovinsky Monastery in honor of the icon of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God. It was built in 1911. It is a three-tiered structure with a tent and a dome. The height of the bell tower reaches 40 meters. After the monastery was closed, the bell tower was used as a warehouse. Since 1980, the building has been abandoned, and only at the end of the 20th century was the bell tower restored and the doors opened to parishioners.
