The southern wing of the economic yard

The wing of the Brattsevo estate, built by the last owner of the estate, Prince N. S. Shcherbatov, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, has been closed by the Bolsheviks since the revolution. It was closed by the Bolsheviks under various signs. A number of sources claim that the building burned down in the 1940s and was later rebuilt. Nevertheless, it is an identified cultural heritage site and an "incorporated part" of an architectural monument.
