Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. If guests need a visa to enter the country, their hotel will in most cases provide guests with the necessary documents to obtain it. Additional charges may apply for these services, even in case of subsequent cancellation. All arrangements are made exclusively between you and the hotel.
