The Metropol is a historic hotel built on the initiative of Savva Mamontov, a philanthropist and patron of the arts, in 1905. The building is a monument of Moscow Art Nouveau. The hotel is proud of its number of rooms: historical suites with authentic Moscow Art Nouveau interiors and new rooms designed in Art Deco style. 84 new rooms in Art Deco style are already presented to hotel guests after the first stage of renovation.
The hotel's brand chef is Andrey Shmakov, who also manages the cuisine of the Savva restaurant, located in the hotel and awarded the Michelin star.
For hotel guests, there is a round-the-clock room service, concierge service, Chaliapin lobby bar, Savva restaurant, Bely Sad beauty salon.
The hotel has 126 rooms in total: 84 new rooms in Art Deco style and 42 historical rooms in classic style.
