Profitable house of Nikolaev

The architectural structure was erected in 1889. Its plan was drawn up by architect Alexander Ivanovich Klimov. The facades of the building are decorated with eclectic style elements. Later, several more floors were added to the building. It is worth noting that even after so much time, the appearance of the house almost corresponds to the original structure.
