Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. International passports and driver's licenses are not accepted at check-in. For children under the age of 14, birth certificates must be presented upon check-in. If a child is traveling accompanied by a relative other than parents or guardian, additional documents confirming the accompanying person's rights must also be shown at check-in. Foreign nationals, adults and children, are required to present valid passports, visas, and migration cards upon arrival. Parking rates: RUB 350.00 per hour, RUB 3000.00 per day. City-view rooms cannot be guaranteed and depend on room availability at the time of check-in. Meal prices should be clarified directly at the hotel. Dinners are served at the Novotel restaurant from 06:30 PM to 09:00 PM. The dining format is subject to change at the hotel's discretion. The hotel reserves the right to charge a credit card for booking prepayment. Reservations without prepayment during high occupancy periods are not guaranteed and can only be held until 06:00 PM. Accommodation with pets is available for an extra fee. A refundable deposit is required when staying with a pet. Only small pets are allowed. Spa and pool access is complimentary only for guests staying in Premium room categories. Guests staying in other room categories can access these facilities for an additional charge.
