Foreign citizens must have with them the original passport with a valid visa, if it is required for entry into the territory of the Russian Federation, a migration card and registration from the previous place of stay, if the hotel is not the first place of stay after entering the territory of the Russian Federation. Children under the age of 14 must have the original birth certificate and, if the child is not accompanied by his parents, the written consent of one of the parents / legal representatives. Accommodation is only possible if accompanied by an adult. Guests aged 14 to 18 years for independent accommodation must present written consent from one of their parents/legal representatives and the original valid Russian passport or the original valid passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (foreign passport). To improve the quality of services provided, repairs are currently being carried out in part of the hotel rooms and other hotel premises. Repairs are carried out on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM and can be accompanied by noisy work. The property apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks guests for their understanding. The names of guests checking in must match the names on the booking confirmation. When new taxes or fees are introduced, the price of a hotel room increases by the amount of taxes or fees calculated in accordance with the procedure established by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The design and interior of the rooms may differ from the photos presented on the website. If an extra bed is included in the room rate, a Euro folding bed will be installed in the room. Additional charges may apply for adults and children not listed at the time of booking. The breakfast and dinner rate includes two meals a day for guests: a buffet breakfast is provided in the Talavera restaurant, lunch or dinner on a fixed menu is provided in the room. Breakfast for children up to and including 5 years of age is free of charge when the adult sharing the breakfast includes breakfast. If a guest needs to report on a business trip, when paying for hotel accommodation in cash or by card, upon check-in, it is necessary to present a power of attorney from a legal entity to receive closing documents on a corporate letterhead, indicating the full details. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the sports center and swimming pool. Children under 14 are not allowed in the gym. Children between the ages of 4 and 18 must be accompanied by adults only on the territory of the sports center and the swimming pool. To visit the gym, you need clean closed sports shoes and sportswear; to visit the pool, you need a swimming suit, a swimming cap and special changeable shoes with rubber non-slip soles. The jacuzzi is closed on Thursdays from 05:00 PM to 10:30 PM due to cleaning and maintenance work. Information about pool cleaning in May 2026: the pool, Jacuzzi, saunas and hammams will be closed from May 18 to 24, 2026 inclusive due to scheduled general cleaning. The gym, group program studios and tanning salons will be available as usual. A special rate for passenger car parking is available for hotel guests: RUB 2200.00 per day per space. If a vehicle with a trailer is using the parking lot, an additional fee applies. The guest rate allows use of on-site parking from 12:00 PM on the day of check-in until 2:00 PM on the day of check-out. Outside this timeframe, an hourly rate of RUB 500.00 per hour applies, paid through parking meters.
