Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. An extra bed is available on request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from April 01 to September 30 and from December 29 to January 08, the surcharge is RUB 1300.00 per day. When booking an additional seat, breakfast and dinner are not included in the price and must be paid on site. Breakfast: RUB 900.00 for an extra bed, dinner: RUB 950.00. It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children from 0 to 7 years old inclusive stay free of charge. Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel, the cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00 AM, subject to availability. Late check-out before 04:00 PM is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 04:00 PM is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay. Pets weighing up to 10 kg can be accommodated. This service is paid separately. The cost of accommodating pets weighing up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per day, pets from 5 to 10 kg is RUB 1000.00 per day. Check-in at the hotel is carried out before 00:00. When booking 3 or more rooms, an advance payment of one day is provided. For bookings of 7 days or more, an advance payment of one night is provided. Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.
