The basis of the pinsa menu is a special elongated pizza. The dough for it is made from three types of flour: wheat, soy and rice, and then aged for 48 hours. You can choose from 20 types of the main dish. There are items with classic fillings, such as mozzarella and tomatoes, as well as branded options, including dessert with jam. In addition, dietary and hearty salads with vegetables, beans and fish are served. The bar menu includes a selection of beers and ciders.
