Apartment house M.B. Kvart

The M. B. Kvart apartment building is located in the center of St. Petersburg, on Bakunin Avenue at 4. The apartment building was built at the beginning of the 20th century (1910-1911), the design of the house can be attributed to the Art Nouveau style. This is one of the most unusual buildings, it is also called the house-wall. The architect of the building was Mikhail Borisovich Kvart. In 2001, the house received the status of an artistic and cultural property of St. Petersburg.
