In case of a hot water cut-off in the flat there are: a pot for heating water, a basin, a ladle. Upon arrival, guests need to have an original valid passport, and a contract is concluded. Foreign citizens must also provide a civilian passport. In case of check-in after 10:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. The deposit is returned to the guests based on the results of checking the apartment after check-out. The apartment is not rented out for parties. City parking, paid separately.
