The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Only guests specified during booking and registered at the reception can stay in the room, according to the maximum occupancy. Late check-in (21:00 to 00:00) for two-room apartments with a view and city-view studios is available for an additional fee. After 23:00, the number of guests in the room must not exceed the maximum occupancy. Events in rooms are possible only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival. In case of violation of the rules, the booking is canceled and guests must leave the property. The security deposit is fully withheld in case of rule violations, loss of entry cards or keys, or damage to the room. The property does not accept payments at the front desk.
