Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For an additional fee, guests can be provided with: a baby cot, a high chair, a parking space, early check-in and late check-out. Accommodation with pets must be agreed upon with the administration in advance, as Not all animal breeds are accepted. The deposit for the safety of property during the stay of an agreed pet may be increased at the discretion of the receiving party. The deposit for the safety of property is paid by card after check-in and is returned back on the day of check-out after cleaning. The deposit is returned to the same bank card from which the payment was made. After making a reservation, guests must contact the administration to confirm the validity of the reservation, the composition of the guests and indicate any accommodation requests. The owner of the apartment has the right to request an advance payment in order to be sure of the guest's intentions. The receiving party contacts the guest, provides check-in instructions and an invoice for making an advance payment via Internet acquiring. When booking for one day, the deposit may be increased at the discretion of the host. A full package of reporting documents is provided: cash receipt with QR, invoice, closing act.
