The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Guests are kindly asked to pay attention to the opening hours of the All ready store during the New Year holidays: on 12/31/2025, All Ready is open until 06:00 PM, on 01/01/2026 it is open from 02:00 PM (breakfast is available from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM). Accommodation with animals is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Reservations without prepayment can be cancelled by the hotel at 18:00.

If you need a visa to enter the country, in the majority of cases, your hotel is supposed to provide you with the necessary documents. For more information, please contact the hotel. You will find the contact details in the e-mail with your booking confirmation. You can be charged extra for this service, even if you end up canceling the booking. All the agreements are only made between you and the hotel.
