Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. A baby cot and a high chair are paid separately in the amount of RUB 2000.00. Reporting documents for business travelers are provided. Cashless payments are possible. Visa invitations and registration are available for foreign guests. Cleaning with bed linen change is done every 5 days, the date and time are agreed with the administrator. Smoking and parties are prohibited in the apartments. Call reception hours: 08:00 AM - 22:00 PM. Late check-out and early check-in are possible by prior arrangement. For stays from December 31 to January 7 (inclusive), an increased security deposit of RUB 40,000.00 is required.
