The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. A baby cot and a high chair are paid separately in the amount of RUB 2000.00. Reporting documents for business travelers are provided. Cashless payments are possible. Visa invitations and registration are available for foreign guests. Cleaning with bed linen change is done every 5 days, the date and time are agreed with the administrator. Smoking and parties are prohibited in the apartments. For stays from December 31 to January 7 (inclusive), an increased security deposit of RUB 40,000.00 is required.
