Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Foreign citizens must present their passport, visa (if required to stay in the Russian Federation), and migration card in order to check in. Children must present their birth certificate in order to check in. An entry in the passport is not sufficient; according to Russian law, it is not possible to check in without a birth certificate. One child under the age of 12 stays at the hotel free of charge when sharing a room with a parent/guardian without an extra bed. Breakfast for the child in this case is paid additionally at the rate established on the date of stay. A 50% discount on breakfast is provided for the child. Breakfast for a third guest is charged separately. A cot for children under two years of age is provided free of charge. Please notify the hotel in advance if you require a cot, as their number is limited. The type of bed selected is not guaranteed and will be determined on the day of arrival. Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance at the reception desk. If there are no rooms available for check-in, guests can leave their belongings in the luggage room until their room is ready. For early check-in, breakfast on the day of arrival is not included in the early check-in price and is available at an additional cost. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. The hotel is located in the historic center of the city. Guests should plan their trip by private car in advance. The hotel has underground parking with a limited number of spaces. It is suitable for cars with dimensions not exceeding: length — 4.8 m, width — 2.2 m, height — 1.8 m, weight — up to 2 tons. Parking is paid, availability and cost must be checked with the hotel in advance. Guests can use the concierge service to book excursions and transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. When ordering an airport transfer, the fare includes paid parking, meeting with a sign, and waiting for the guest for up to 1 hour. Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes per hour is paid separately, based on 1 hour of rental of the selected type of vehicle. Water excursions are provided when water navigation is open. The cost of excursions can be clarified by contacting the hotel. According to its internal rules, the hotel may charge for additional services not listed on the website. Only dogs are allowed. Dogs must weigh less than 10 kg. A veterinary passport with valid vaccination records is required for check-in. One dog per room is allowed. Additional fee for dogs staying up to 3 days — RUB 5000.00, more than 3 days — RUB 1000.00 per day. Guests can order a romantic dinner or seasonal fruit. There is a free shoe cleaning machine in the hotel lobby.
