R.A. Diederichs House
Detailed description
R. A. Diederichs commissioned his relative A. F. Bubyr to develop the design of his house, and in the spring of 1912, a building permit was obtained. Bubyr designed the facade in his favorite Northern Art Nouveau style. The new facade of the building was decided to be built in the neoclassical style. This design change was retroactively approved in December 1914, when the Department of private construction of the city administration approved the construction with a modified facade.
