The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. If a visa is required to enter the country, the hotel generally provides the documents necessary for visa application. An additional fee may apply for these services, including in the event of a subsequent booking cancellation. All arrangements are made directly between the guest and the hotel. Citizens of the Russian Federation: upon check-in, adult guests aged 14 and older must present a valid internal passport of the Russian Federation. International passports and driver’s licenses are not accepted. For children under 14 years of age, a birth certificate is required. If a child is staying with a relative who is not a parent, or with a legal guardian, documents confirming the right to accompany the child must be presented at check-in. Citizens of foreign countries: upon check-in, adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card. When booking a single room, guests can be assigned a twin room, subject to availability. Early check-in is possible for an additional fee of 100% of the fare of the previous day. Late check-out is possible for an additional fee of 50% of the fare. The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change. Animals up to 6 kg are allowed. The cost of a pet's stay: for stays from 1 to 7 days: RUB 5000.00 for one pet and RUB 7000.00 for two pets. For stays of more than 7 days, a fee is charged for each week. An additional deposit is charged. If the pet damages the property, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of check-in after 04:00 PM and on-site payment, guests should contact the hotel directly and inform them about the exact time of arrival.
