Observation deck

The facility is built on a dam that blocks the Skhodnya River and forms a large urban pond. Therefore, the view from here is exceptional. To further enhance the view of the pond, a swing is installed here. Both adults and children relax on the observation deck. There are dense trees on the shore of the pond, there are sports and children's playgrounds, a grassy beach, a summer cafe and a medical center.
