The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Accommodation with animals is agreed with the hotel in advance and is paid additionally. The price is for one animal. The rules provide for accommodation only with small dogs; accommodation with a cat is prohibited. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests must provide a credit card, which was used for the reservation. According to the hotel's internal policies, additional charges may apply for services not listed on the website. For children aged 6 to 12, an extra bed is provided at a rate of RUB 2200.00 per day, including breakfast. For guests over 12 years old, an extra bed is provided at a rate of RUB 3200.00 per day, including breakfast. For reservations of 5 rooms or more, there are different prepayment and cancellation policies apply. When staying in rooms of categories: Deluxe, Suite, Business Suite, and Premium Suite, the guests must pay a deposit for using the minibar. Underground parking at the hotel for up to 5 cars. The service is chargeable, must be booked in advance. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi is charged separately and subject to agreement with the hotel. Breakfast is provided free of charge for children up to and including 6 years old.
