Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 20:00. In case of check-in after 08:30 PM, guests must contact the property in advance for contactless check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Bed type is available upon request. Guests must specify which bed they want to stay on. Children under 7 years old without an extra bed and a set of linen are accomodated free of charge. Daily cleaning is an additional service. For stays of 7 days or more, it is available free of charge upon request. Breakfast from the menu of one of the partners to choose for: will be offered upon check-in. There is both a hearty and a light breakfast depending on preferences, as well as drinks included in the set. Serving time: from 07:00 AM on weekdays — Pirogomania and from 09:00 AM — Smart_Cafe in the neighboring building of the Basmanny Dvor creative space. There are restrictions on the weight of a pet when placed with a dog: it should not exceed 5 kg.
