The unusual decor of the building, which is rarely seen, where many fabulous images are depicted: birds, Christmas trees, mushrooms, and two stone masks are carved above the passage to the courtyard. After the construction of the building, Bubyr decided to purchase it for himself, he lived with his family in an apartment on the sixth floor. There were three apartments on each floor of the house. In 1907, an outbuilding was built to house Bubyr's garage and personal car.
