The building is located in the central part of the city, within walking distance of the Summer Garden. It is an example of the architectural construction of the city of St. Petersburg in the middle of the nineteenth century. It was built in the 1880s and underwent reconstruction in 1958. I've changed a lot of landlords throughout history. It is represented by a building of five floors.
