Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in to the apartment is possible at any time after 03:00 РМ, check-out – until 11:00 АМ. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee. Check-in before 12:00 РМ o'clock is paid in the amount of 1 night of stay, check-in from 12:00 РМ o'clock to 03:00 РМ o'clock is paid in the amount of 0.5 night of stay. The cost of late check-out from 11:00 АМ to 05:00 РМ is paid in the amount of 0.5 days of accommodation, eviction after 05:00 РМ is paid in the amount of 1 night of stay. The provision of this service is carried out by prior agreement, subject to the availability of a free apartment. The apartment is rented strictly to non-smoking guests. Accommodation with animals is possible by prior agreement, with a deposit for the safety of property returned upon departure. Paid city parking at city rates. Check-in to the apartment is carried out with the manager until 11:00 РМ. Reservations for the current day are accepted until 11:00 РМ. When booking for dates from December 30 to January 6, an advance payment and a deposit of RUB 20000.00 for the safety of property is required, refundable upon departure.
