Detailed description
The house, which was built in 1849 by architect N. P. Grebenki. The facade of the building is strongly curved. The structure has a smooth curve that emphasizes the soft connection of the two passages and reflects the arched colonnade of the courtyard.
The facade can be perceived as a neutral background, which emphasizes the monumentality of the buildings of the former court office and the stable. The second and third floors are divided by rows of blades into identical cells. A peaceful and rhythmic composition, flattened relief of details are characteristic features of ordinary buildings of the mid-19th century.
The house belonged to a "well-known citizen", a wealthy businessman and landowner Ivan Alexandrovich Zhadimirovsky.
