The apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is no elevator in the building. It is strictly forbidden to throw anything down the toilet other than toilet paper in the apartments. There is a penalty in the amount of RUB 10000.00 for non-compliance with this rule, which covers the call and work of the plumber and is deducted from the guests.
