Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Persons over 18 years of age who plan to stay at the accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours are required to pay a resort fee upon check-in. 21 preferential categories of citizens are exempt from paying the resort fee, including veterans, disabled people of groups 1-2, university students in St. Petersburg, members of large families and others. If there is a benefit, residents must have with them the original document confirming the availability of the benefit, or a duly certified copy of it.
