Georgian restaurant on 1905 street. There is plenty of daylight, artfully aged walls, carved wooden screens, textured floors, but the main thing is a real wood-burning oven in which khachapuri and bread are baked, and windows overlooking the restaurant's kitchen, where all processes are supervised by Tbilisi chef Mamiya Jojua and her mother.
