Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them). The manager meets and accommodates guests in person from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If guests arrive sooner or later, they additionally pay for the manager's arrival. No additional fee is charged for check-in or check-out between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM; from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged; from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 is charged. When the guests leave, the manager checks the accommodation facility and returns the deposit.
