Detailed description
Caucasian cuisine restaurant on Pokrovsky Boulevard. The Hedonist's kitchen is experimenting with authentic Georgian dishes. Satsivi is made from chicken or octopus, chikhirtmu, a traditional Georgian soup, is cooked with strachella, fried chicken chkmeruli is combined with pumpkin, broccoli and morels. Khinkali is cooked with beef, shrimp or rabbit, along with Adjarian khachapuri with egg, it is baked in Megrelian style with cheese on top and crab.
