Cheburashkin - Khrushchev Apartment House
Detailed description
The building was built in 1910 in the Art Nouveau style. The five-storey building is used as an apartment building. In 1867-1868, Alexander Ipatovich Khrushchev, the secretary of the university, lived. The existing house has a plaque of the "Last address" project, and it is said that brothers Abraham and Ilya Dauman lived here before their arrest. The house is interesting for its many preserved decorative elements, mainly at the entrance.
