Urban Family loft Apartments is located in the center of St. Petersburg on the Obvodny Canal embankment. The apartments are located in the tenement house of the merchant Dynasty of Durdins. The Obvodny Canal metro station is opposite the house, and the bus station is within walking distance.

Guests have two bedrooms at their disposal. The apartments have Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, built-in water filter, gas hob, microwave, and dishwasher.
