Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. In Economy rooms, the window overlooks the corridor. The entrance to the hotel is from Goncharnaya Street 2/87. If guests require a visa to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide guests with the necessary documents to obtain it. Additional fees may be charged for these services, even in case of subsequent cancellation. According to the hotel policy, guests may be denied room reservations for a number of group events, including pre-wedding bachelor and bachelorette parties. One child under the age of 5 stays at the hotel free of charge if the parent or guardian is accommodated in the room without an extra bed. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Alcohol is not served in this hotel.
