Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The facade of the building located near the hotel is subject to restoration within the framework of the city program "Preservation of cultural and historical heritage sites in St. Petersburg". Work on the facade of the buildings is carried out using scaffolding. Noise is possible during the restoration work. Parking near the hotel is limited. Guests can use the city parking on Marata Street and Kuznechny Lane from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM free of charge, from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM at a rate of RUB 100.00 per hour. The main entrance is from 22-24 Marata Street, in the courtyard of the Museum of the Arctic and Antarctic. In accordance with the law of St. Petersburg dated June 28, 2023 No. 419-81 "On the introduction of a resort fee on the territory of St. Petersburg", the collection of a resort fee will be introduced from April 1, 2024. All guests of St. Petersburg who have reached the age of 18 (with the exception of tax-exempt persons) are required to pay a resort fee of RUB 100.00 per person per day upon arrival at the hotel. To check into the hotel for citizens of the Russian Federation, the following is required: a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, consent from parents if the guest is under 18 years old, a birth certificate for guests under 14 years old, a notarized power of attorney for an accompanying person if a guest under 14 years old is traveling without parents. For foreign citizens: national passport, visa, migration card, residence permit, temporary residence permit, patent, copies of receipts for payment of the patent, employment contract.
