The house was built in 1959 on Suvorovsky Prospekt. This name was given to the avenue in 1944, and all the houses built on it began to be called Suvorov. The construction of the house was very difficult. The house had to be rebuilt, changing the original plan. This was due to the fact that in the 50s, the fight against excess began and everything related to architectural or any other luxury was prohibited. The house was built in several stages. As a result, an apartment building with 7 floors was built.
