The studio apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is suitable for a family vacation, a romantic weekend or a business trip. At guests' disposal: an antique stove, a double bed and a double sofa, a combined bathroom with a shower, a balcony, a TV, free Wi-Fi, a kitchen with dishes and a microwave, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing and drying board, a washing machine, bed linen and towels. For guests with children, the following are available for an additional fee: cots, high chairs, strollers. Cleaning with bed linen change is done every 5 days.

There is no elevator in the house. Guests can park their cars in the closed yard for an additional fee.
