E.P. Parfentiev's apartment house
Description
* The apartment building was built by the famous Russian architect P.I. Gilev in 1893 for Pavel Parfentievich, a merchant of the 3rd Guild of Parfentiev. The building was built of stone, four storeys high, with a basement. After the revolution, the house was nationalized. Now this house is in an unrepaired condition, as it is not an object of cultural heritage.
