The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. The rental price includes the use of the entire bath complex: swimming pool, Russian bath, Turkish hammam, relaxation area, banquet area. A 1-hour spa complex rental service is provided free of charge for guests staying in Suites. Guests can use the fitness center and Finnish sauna free of charge from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Conference rooms can be rented at an additional cost. Late check-out and early check-in are subject to prior agreement and are subject to an additional charge. Housekeeping services: daily room cleaning and towel change. Room service is available at an additional cost and must be paid on site. If you need a visa to enter the country, in the majority of cases, your hotel is supposed to provide you with the necessary documents. For more information, please contact the hotel.
