The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. In case of arrival after 00:00, guests must notify the hotelier in advance. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. Please note that visa support for foreigners is provided free of charge. In case of cancellation, RUB 3500.00 will be charged. A security deposit of RUB 7,000.00 by card or RUB 10000.00 be cash is required. Breakfast for a child sharing bed with parents is not included in the rate.
