The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00. Check-in at the hotel is contactless. The code can be received before 11:00 PM. Guests must contact the hotel in advance to receive the code. Check-in with the already received code is possible around the clock. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. If it is not possible to contact the hotel by phone number, the guest can send his question to the hotel via WhatsApp. Guests are charged an additional fee for final cleaning. A deposit is provided. Payment for cleaning and making a deposit are possible only by bank card using a link from the operator. The deposit is refunded after 10:00 PM on the day of departure. The time of crediting funds may vary and depends on the serving bank. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, a central air conditioning system is installed, which cannot be configured.
