Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 22:00. There is no terminal at the apartment, payment on site is accepted in cash or by transfer to the hotelier's card. For guests with a car, there is a parking lot in the courtyard of the house, entry is either through the gate from ulitsa Chernyshevskogo, or through the barrier from ulitsa Pravo-Bulachnaya. The cost of parking is RUB 300.00 per day. From the airport guests can get there: by taxi, by bus 97 to the city and then by metro to the station Kremlevskaya, or by Aeroexpress to the central railway station, from which guests can walk to the apartment. From the Vosstaniya railway station guests can use the metro, the stations Severny Vokzal, Kremlevskaya, or a taxi. The closest public transport stop to the apartment Ulitsa Chernyshevskogo is within walking distance. Available bus routes numbers: 6, 15, 29, 70, 75 and trolleybuses numbers 2, 10.
