* The Filippov mansion and apartment building is located near the City estate of F.A. Bokov. The mansion was originally a wing of an 18th-century manor complex. The building was rebuilt in the 1820s. It is a pink brick corner building with a tower-like superstructure in the middle of the building with a domed roof. Currently, the Yauz Gate Holding Company is located in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
