The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Upon check-in, a deposit may be charged according to the price list. Upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded in full if there are no outstanding bills. Smoking is prohibited in the apart-hotel. If there are signs of smoking in the hotel, including in the room, an additional room service fee will be charged. Quiet hours for guests are from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Guests are provided with 1 vacant parking space in the outdoor parking lot. Check-in at the apart-hotel is carried out only if you have the originals of the following documents: for citizens of the Russian Federation — an internal Russian passport. Children under 14 years old — birth certificate. Children under the age of 14 are checked into the hotel on the basis of identity documents of their parents, adoptive parents, guardians, and accompanying person, provided that such accompanying person provides the consent of their legal representatives or one of them, as well as birth certificates of these minors. In the absence of the necessary documents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the apart-hotel reserves the right to refuse to check in without refunding the cost of the first night's stay. Pets are not allowed. Check-in time can be extended from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
